Based on the Order adopted by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (“PUCT”) issued on Thursday, August 31st, 2017, there has been a suspension of rules for customers impacted by Hurricane Harvey in counties designated by the Disaster Declaration.
XOOM Energy Texas, LLC (“XOOM Energy”) is offering assistance to our valued customers affected by Hurricane Harvey in the designated counties.  XOOM Energy customers in these counties can now set up a Deferred Payment Plan or extend a current Deferred Payment Plan. In order to do so, customers must contact our Customer Care Center by no later than October 12th, 2017 at 888-997-8979.
