The security code is a 3-digit number located on the back of your card near the signature field:

Your Bill Account Number is a unique account identifier that can be found on your XOOM Energy Welcome Letter or Monthly Invoice

Please enter the email address associated with your account. If you did not provide an email address when enrolling with XOOM Energy, please visit our Contact Us page to contact Customer Care to update your email.

The Confirmation Number can be found in the confirmation email you received when you enrolled with XOOM.
