New Enhancements to your XOOM Energy Texas Account

 

Changes Are Coming to Your XOOM Energy Account!

At XOOM Energy we strive to offer our customers an unparalleled level of service and we are always working to improve our customer experience efforts.
 

New Bill Design

With our new bill design, we have made it easy and simple for customers to read and understand their monthly electric bill from XOOM Energy.

New Account Numbers

Every XOOM Energy Texas customer now has a new account number. This was emailed to you.  If your account number is mailed, it will take a few days to receive.
 
Your new account number will include an additional digit that appears at the end. This is referred to as a “check digit”. When paying your bill online, you will need to include this check digit when entering your account number.
 

New MyXOOM Texas Account Site

With our new and improved MyXOOM Texas account site, we have added new features to improve your customer experience with XOOM Energy.
 
These new features include:
  • Plan renewal notifications: we’ll let you know when it’s time to renew your contract!*
  • You can now pay your bill online by using your bank account
  • View and download your usage history up to the previous 3 years 

Accessing the New MyXOOM Account

Access the new MyXOOM Texas account page by visiting texas.myxoomenergy.com. From here, log into your account below using your existing Username and Password.  Once logged in, you will be prompted to create a new password.   Simply click on “Reset Password” and enter your Username.  An email will be sent to you to update your password.  
 
 

New Phone Number

There's now a new phone number for Texas customers to contact our Customer Care and make payments. That new number is 833-355-XOOM (9666). You can contact Customer Care, Monday - Friday 7 am - 10 pm, CT and Saturday 8 am - 6 pm, CT.
 

New Pay Stations Available

XOOM Energy Texas customers can continue to pay in person by visiting Fidelity Express. Customers can also pay in person at Barri Financial Group and CheckFree pay station locations.

Please also note that our payment remittance address has changed. It is important that you use this new address to avoid delays in processing your payments.
