*Available only to residential electric customers in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and natural gas customers in California, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Virginia. Southwest® Rapid Rewards® points are only available to new customers who have not been previously been enrolled with XOOM Energy in the last 6 months. Enrollment bonus: you will earn 10,000 Rapid Rewards points for each electric account you enroll or 5,000 Rapid Rewards points for each natural gas account you enroll after the account has been active for 2 months. Bonus points will appear in your Rapid Rewards account within eight weeks after you earn your enrollment bonus. Bonus points do not count towards tier status or Companion Pass® status. 

Ongoing Rewards: you will earn 2 Rapid Rewards points for every $1 charged on the supply portion of your monthly electric or natural gas bill.

Please note active accounts are defined as those that are (i) billing more than $0 and (ii) for which we have not received a request to discontinue service or change products.

All Rapid Rewards rules and regulations apply and can be found at Southwest.com/rrterms. Rapid Rewards bonus points do not count towards A-List, A-List Preferred, or Companion Pass qualification. Southwest reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and/or program rules at any time without notice. Rapid Rewards Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points. The number of points needed for a particular Southwest flight is set by Southwest and will vary depending on destination, time, day of travel, demand, fare type, point redemption rate, and other factors, and is subject to change at any time until booking is confirmed.
