*Please note that the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for the Freedom2Connect program in Texas: available to residential home meters only; must be a new residential energy customer switching to XOOM Energy from another provider; must enroll on a fixed-price plan that is 12 months or longer; the ESI ID or Utility Account Number matches the ESI ID or Utility Account Number enrolled with XOOM Energy; First and last name and service address must match the prior provider’s bill. Customers have 30 days from their enrollment date to claim their bill credit, and there cannot be a gap in service dates with the previous provider and XOOM Energy. **Same-day service is offered Monday through Saturday (except on holidays), where an existing standard "smart" meter is in place. For move-ins (including transfer of service), Requests processed after 6 p.m. Central Time will be connected the next business day. For switches, requests processed after 5 p.m. Central Time will be connected the next business day.  Permit and enrollment requirements must be met before a request can be processed (examples can be found here). Additional charges may apply based upon your TDSP.
