XOOM Energy Forges New Partnerships with Director of Business Development
January 01, 2014
Having secured a presence in deregulated energy markets across the country, XOOM Energy looks to 2014 as the year to strengthen its brand recognition with both residential and commercial consumers. A key piece of this strategy includes building partnerships with organizations looking to save shoppers time and money by including XOOM Energy products and services in their current mix.
The lion’s share of this task falls on the newest member of XOOM Energy’s leadership team, Rich Suchant – Director of Business Development. With over 15 years in the retail energy industry, Rich brings an extensive background of business development and sales experience to the XOOM management team. Rich has managed business development for several companies including Direct Energy, TECO Partners, Clear Choice Energy and Chevron Energy Solutions.
“We’re incredibly close to meeting our primary goal of entering as many markets as possible” says CEO, Tom Ulry. “As we move towards completing that task, exciting opportunities are now available and we can focus on building new partnerships and securing distribution channels for XOOM products and services. Adding Rich to Team XOOM guarantees a dedicated point of contact and access to resources that foster communication and allow for seamless transactions on both the corporate and consumer levels.”
As a national retailer supporting residential, commercial and even big business, XOOM is in a position to partner with organizations of any size or location. In addition to expanding the availability of renewable energy, XOOM is exploring the possibility of adding energy efficient products for the homes and businesses, all with an eye towards providing value-added options for current customers and future corporate clients.
